1. What WarRoom is
WarRoom is an independent research and analysis project. It publishes computed grades (including "WarScore"), rankings, and commentary about football players and teams, built from publicly available data. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, any NFL club, the NFL Players Association, ESPN, Pro Football Focus, OverTheCap, Spotrac, or Pro Football Reference.
2. Informational and entertainment use only
All grades, numbers, and commentary are our analytical opinion, offered for information and entertainment. They are not betting, wagering, fantasy, investment, financial, or other professional advice, and are not statements of fact about any person. Do not rely on them to place a wager or make any financial or personal decision. We do not guarantee that anything on the Site is accurate, complete, current, or error-free.
3. No warranty
The Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WarRoom and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including any reliance on a grade, number, or statement. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited in the aggregate to USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
5. Our content and your use of it
The WarScore methodology, the grades and rankings we compute, and the text, layout, and design of the Site are our work and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, bulk-download, republish, resell, or build a competing product from our grades, database, or content without our written permission. Underlying statistics come from third-party open-data providers under their own licenses; team, league, and school names, marks, and logos belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify the subject of analysis (nominative use).
6. Third-party material and links
The Site displays images and data loaded from third-party sources and may link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and a link is not an endorsement.
7. Requests and takedowns
If you are a rights-holder and want material changed or removed, email [email protected] and we will respond promptly. See our Legal & Copyright page for the full removal process.
8. Changes
We may change the Site or these Terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
